Ripe and beautifully lifted on the nose displaying peach, mango and madarin characters. It’s fruity and vibrant on the palate showing a juicy mouthfeel, appealing citrus tang and a clean elegant finish. The wine shows lovely harmony and superb drinkability. At its best: now to 2012.

Greyrock Merlot 2008
It’s ripe and beautifully fragrant on the nose displaying red/black plum, spice and floral characters. The palate is juicy and smooth with a nicely weighted mid palate and fine tannins. It finishes fruity and gently drying making it a lovely wine to sip and to partner flavoursome dishes. At its best: now to 2012.

Greyrock Sparkling Brut NV
For those who find Champagne or methode traditionelle too acidic and lean, this might be the perfect one. The wine is gently fruity but not sweet, and has a nice dry finish but not sour. It’s ripe and nicely perfumed on the nose displaying gentle floral, stonefruit and citrus characters. The palate is softly fruity and refreshing with bright acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. A nicely rounded and easy going bubbly.
